Available in either knitted or crocheted versions, the bags offer you the opportunity to create beautiful designs using the method you are most comfortable with. My designs are photographed using various wools and can be created in any yarn you like. It’s your choice!

A complete list of available patterns is listed on the right. Clicking on the photo will take you to the detailed description including payment options. Patterns are available in PDF downloadable format or via USPS. When purchasing via Paypal, you will receive your pattern(s) as a PDF document via email usually within 24 hours. If you do not receive the .pdf within 24 hours of payment, please check your e-mail spam/junk folder. Also check your e-mail address on the Paypal invoice to make sure that you have sent me a working e-mail address. Please, e-mail me if you have not received the .pdf.

Felted Stained Glass Fan Bag (Knit)

The "Felted Stained Glass Fan Bag" is beautiful and unique! The bags shown were made using Noro "Kureyon" which is a variegated yarn with beautiful colors variations. The bag can be made with any wool that felts. The bottom of the bag looks like a stained glass window!

The pattern contains instructions for 2 versions of the bag. Version 1 is taller and Version 2 is shorter. Version 1 is shown with a knit tube at the top which is optional. The bag is made from the top down in rounds. Each fan is made individually and joined as you knit. View the details…


Bar Harbor Shell Bag (Knit)

To felt or not to felt? This will be your decision.!The knit "Bar Harbor Shell Bag" is beautiful and unique! The tessellating shells have a beautiful texture and are outlined in black for a stained glass look. The knit bag is beautiful whether you decide to felt is or not. Unfelted the bag has a rich texture and the shells seem to stand out from the black outlines. Felt the bag and the shells still have some stitch definition. Felted Blooming Zig Zag Bag (Knit)


The Blooming Zig Zag bag features a drawstring that resembles a vine with leaves growing on the ends. Pull on the drawstring vine to gather the blossoms at the top of the bag and tie a bow to keep all your belongings snugly inside. This bag is pretty from top to bottom. Create your own unique "Felted Stained Glass Beret". The tessellating fans are outlined in black making the top of the beret look like a stained glass window. Felted Crochet Stained Glass Flower Bag

The tessellating petals are outlined in black which gives this bag a stained glass look. The bottom of the bag looks like a flower in a stained glass window. There is a drawstring used to close the bag. When the drawstring is pulled the petals are drawn together to hold your belongings inside.

The handles are twisted cords that look like rope and there are tassels on each end. The twisted cord handles and the tassels gives the bag an added look of elegance. View the Details ...

The fan shapes in the “stained glass starflower motif” are outlined in black which makes the motif look like a stained glass window. The “stained glass starflower motif” can also be used on jackets, sweatshirts, or as a trivet, a sun catcher, etc. It looks complicated but once you get the hang of it you will not want to put your knitting down. Most of the diagrams used in the pattern are easy to follow pictures.The bag is knit separately from the “stained glass starflower motif“.
